You don't have to go through this alone... Get the confidential support you need to move on with your life
Circles of support are held over the phone or Skype so you don't have to leave home and you can talk anonymously and confidentially. Share your experiences and listen to other people share theirs.
You are not alone ~ together we can make a difference
What You'll Get From A Circle of Support:
- Uninterrupted time to share your thoughts and feelings about what your experiences
- Chance to listen to and connect with other people with similar experiences so you know you are not alone.
- A non- judgmental, safe, space to find out who you are and what you want now.
Circles of Support are for a maximum of 10 people so that everyone gets time to speak. They last for an hour and 15 minutes and are carried out over the phone so that you can join from a place you feel safe. There is no 'expert' in the circle. The facilitator will make sure everyone has time to speak but will not offer advice nor will other participants. Circles of Support are based on the belief that each of us is the best 'expert' for ourselves and that we can listen to our inner expert when we have the right conditions and support. You only have to commit to one circle at a time so each circle that runs will have different people. Circles run in the first week of the month at 830pm. The cost is £23 per person, per circle.
Places are strictly limited for each Circle of Support!
To reserve your spot follow the link to register your name and we will let you know when the next circle is. Registering your name is not a commitment to join the circle.
